3D Lobby redesign for Elizabethtown College Hoover Buisness building. The college is investing in refurbishing the ground floor lobby of their buisness building in the comming summer. During the early design phases, It was necessary to create a group of images showcasing the proposed changes that include, but are not limited to, better lighting, modern futniture, and better workstations to attract students.
The space is split into four seating areas, two east, and two west of the central lobby. The end lobbies furthest from the main enterance are given primary attention because few students stop by due to the close proximity to the busy stairwells on both ends of the building. To fix this, a glass wall will enclose both end lounges to avoid the sounds of people walking by disrupting students while working.
All furniture designs provided by Benjamin Roberts LTD furniture company and remodelled for rendering.
This space is being given a change in color scheme from having a grey carpet and grey furniture to blue furniture with a light grey scheme. The west center lounge will follow a grey seating and blue carpet theme.
